HCCA Starts BLM Discussion

The HCCA Board of Directors will be holding a virtual Black Lives Matter discussion on Monday, September 14, 2020, from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Because there will be a quorum of the Board present, Maryland law requires that the session be open to the public. Members of the public are welcome to attend; however, there will be no Resident Speak Out and no opportunities for the public to participate in the session or to interact with members of the Board while in session. If you would like to join us, please keep your microphone on mute.
