Architectural Committee

Changes made to the exterior of homes in Harper’s Choice require the approval of the Village Architectural Committee (AC). The AC is comprised of volunteer members of the Harper’s Choice Community and meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 7:30PM to review applications. The deadline to submit applications for approval is two weeks prior to the next meeting date. Please view the chart below for meeting dates and application deadlines. Meeting Agendas and Minutes are available on our website. Our Covenant Advisor is Debbie Nix. She oversees the Architectural Committee and administers the covenants.
