Earthquake Information – Maryland Geological Survey

As you may know, Maryland has had two small earthquakes over the last two weeks. In order for scientists to understand these earthquakes, the Maryland Geological Survey is asking all people who have felt or heard the earthquakes to provide input on its earthquake event pages. There is an area on those event pages that allows “citizen scientists” to answer some questions about what they felt and heard. The event page for the earthquake on October 30th (local time is 8:34pm on October 29th) is:https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ld60056703#executive The event page for the earthquake on November 11th is:https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ld60057003#map
