Stormwater (rain) that runs off our roofs and driveways into storm drains ends up in our local waterways. Runoff is costly to manage and is a major source of pollution affecting the entire Chesapeake Bay region. Each of us can take positive steps right in our own yards that will make a difference.

The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (Alliance) has a website called Alliance for the Bay with information targeted to homeowners and includes helpful hints, technical specifications, illustrations, videos and other valuable resources. Check it out!
