Columbia Listening Tour in Harper’s Choice

As part of the Columbia Listening Tour, Howard County Council members will be at Kahler Hall on Tuesday, April 7 at 6:00pm to seek input from village board members and residents on New Town zoning, village center revitalization, and other local issues impacting Harper’s Choice.
