Harper’s Choice Village Community Plan

In the Fall 2013, the Village Board approved the Harper’s Choice Village Community Plan (known as the VCCP) which is a long term vision and development plan for our Village.  It was sent to the County to be maintained on file if ever the “developer” of the Village decides that they would like to consider further development.  That plan was the labor of love for a committee that worked for almost three years to complete it and the residents were given opportunities to give input.
