Howard County Department of Public Works, Bureau of Utilities reports a broken water main at the 10900 block of Swansfield Road also affecting Billingsgate Row, Battersea Lane and Henley Court in Harpers Choice. There are 70 homes/business affected. Estimated time of restoration 6 hours. if you have additional concerns please call 410-313-4900.
